5 out of 5 eggsExcellent personal flashlight

Pros: This flashlight hits an excellent size, weight, cost and brightness for everyday carry. It fits easily in a pocket, provides both general and focused light, is bright, and can even be held in your mouth if you need your hands free. The button does not get pressed while riding loose in a pocket, so the battery isn't dead when you need the flashlight. The body is plastic, but holds up well, and isn't too slippery.

Overall, an excellent small flashlight.

Cons: Takes a lithium camera battery which is hard to find and moderately expensive. With light occasional use, I've had to replace the battery once in the past year, so this is a minor gripe.

Other Thoughts: Only on/off functionality, with no other light settings. However, this means the controls are also simple to use.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Super bright, tiny (fits in the palm of your hand), has a lanyard, sturdy aluminum build. Easy push-button on and off. Can adjust beam between narrow and wide/flood.

Cons: Takes a less-than-common battery but is not overly difficult to find.

5 out of 5 eggsHellava bright LED mini-flashlight

Pros: You already know I think it bright for it's size. Ideal momentary action switch type; perfect for quick on/off needs. Most LED flashlights, except Maglights have less useful reverse action pushbutton. I'm using a rechargable Li-Ion 3.6v battery without any problem yet. Also like the square narrow beam. This light can be stashed anywhere if you need a compact emergency flashlight.

Cons: None for my requirements.

Other Thoughts: Will stun most anyone when flashed in their face at night for personal safety purposes. Nicely machined & gasketed case. I have brighter LED flashlights but they use 2 or more batteries and are much larger. I expected it to get warm when used continuously but with the great touch button switch I can easily use it intermittently. Nice clean white beam.

5 out of 5 eggsSmal but blinding

Pros: Intensely bright and well made with a focusing system that actually works well. There aren't any bad colored rings in the beam like you get with some lights.

Cons: Poor battery life, but this is to be expected with any small sized high-watt flashlight. Doesn't have an adjustable power output to curb its appetite for batteries. Don't expect all night performance, bring a spare battery. (123 cells are available at modest cost online, buy BEFORE your trip. They're heinously expensive in shops)

5 out of 5 eggsStill working just fine

Pros: I've had this flashlight in my car for over a year now, and it still works great. The construction seems to be up to fairly high standards; it feels sturdy, and the moving parts don't feel wobbly or loose at all. It hasn't seen heavy use, but has definitely been bumped around in the door pocket I leave it in, as well as being subjected to a wide range of temperatures (I live in the Midwest, so temps inside the car range from 110+°F down to 0°F or lower over the course of a year.) Also, the LED is easy enough on the battery that I'm still using the original battery it shipped with.

Cons: Would prefer if it used a more common battery type, but it's not that big of a deal considering how little current it uses and how infrequently I use it.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great little (the size of your hand) LED flashlight that puts out a ton of light. You can adjust the beam between a wide flood-type and a more narrow-spot type by twisting the upper portion of the light. Made of light-weight aluminum so it's sturdy.

Cons: Strange battery type.

Other Thoughts: They include a lanyard for it which is a nice touch.

5 out of 5 eggsBright Idea

Pros: Very bright, small and lightweight, simple on-off operation-no modes to click through. I can carry one in my pocket and not know it's there. Can be held in your mouth if you need your hands free

Cons: Takes CR123 battery.

Other Thoughts: I got NiMH CR123 batteries on line, but the regular batteries are available inexpensively if you avoid the corner drugstore.
If they go on sale again, I will buy more to use as Xmas gifts, because I'm not giving up any of the three I bought myself :)

1 out of 5 eggson/off button failiure.

Pros: Was good while it worked ... But after that .

Cons: The on off switched failed after like 30 clicks will not buy another product from etools City after reading their return Policy.

Other Thoughts: Why does an electronic device not have a warranty?
