Pros: Readable even if you're over 50 (I can even read the day/date!); clean, handsome appearance; comfortable bracelet; no batteries and fewer mechanical parts than a Kinetic; rotating bezel is very handy and easy to set; markers and hands easy to read in the dark; 200M/330ft is plenty waterproof unless you're a diver.

Cons: You have to set the date 5 months out of the year (it's not a perpetual calendar); it's easy to pull the crown past the first click when setting the date; you have to reset the time if this happens

Other Thoughts: This is not the watch for you if you think a watch with lots of dials is better that a simple watch. I hate having too many dials; it's confusing and hard to read. This is my every day watch; dressy enough for after 5 and durable enough for the pool.
