After I had not received the part after 1 week, I called back and was told that the part had shipped out. After waiting another week, I called back and was informed that the quick-release plate was no longer manufactured. Other Thoughts: - Seller offered a refund of the original purchase price. - Would not recommend purchasing this item if critical components such as the quick release plate are no longer manufactured (and you wanted to equip multiple devices with the release plate) - Wish the seller would have provided me correct information in a timely manner, instead of stringing me on for an entire month waiting for a package that didn't exist.
