Gives you the option of turning the camera on yourself for self-portraits. A must for panning up and down on with a tripod rather than having to tilt the whole camera/monopod. Cons: Although it is well built and serves its purpose, I would think 10-20% less would be more reasonable. However, good name and good quality, should get my money's worth over time. Pros: Simple to use. Works well on any monopod with standard threading. Gives you the option of turning the camera on yourself for self-portraits. A must for panning up and down on with a tripod rather than having to tilt the whole camera/monopod.

Cons: Although it is well built and serves its purpose, I would think 10-20% less would be more reasonable. However, good name and good quality, should get my money's worth over time.
