4 out of 5 eggsNot as long of a life as I had hoped.

Pros: Great light spread
Nice color temp

Cons: 1/2 bulbs died 1 month after warranty was up.

Other Thoughts: I only paid 6 and change for each so I am not that upset.

4 out of 5 eggsGood LED bulb

Pros: This bulb is a nice color with less yellow than incandescent but still a warm glow. It starts faster than CFLs and will last longer.

Cons: not dimmable

Other Thoughts: Switching out to LED bulbs is a great idea and even better when you can get them for less than $10.

3 out of 5 eggsCold Cold color

Pros: They work well outside in very cold weather. Much better than compact fluorescent lamps. Now we wait to see how reliable they are. 20 thousand + hours life expectancy could be awhile before I report back. Let's hope so.

Cons: It's all personal on this point. 2 things: 1) - the lamps are only 1/2 a lamp because of the heat sink built into the lamp. When you think of a regular incandescent lamp picture from the base to 1/2 way up the lamp being gone because of a metal heat sink (no light). Its kinda weird. 2) - I couldn't live with the 5000K color inside my house. The color is cold and makes you look pasty in the mirror. It's a bright bright light so its doing exactly what they say it will do just be aware that the color is a bright COLD light.

Other Thoughts: They have been moved to outside lighting only. I have since purchased 2700K LED lamps from another manufacturer and I love them. These have the yellow hue, they give off a warm feel and the whole lamp is visible like what you expect when you thing of a light bulb. Make sure you wait for a sale. LED's can be expensive it you pay retail. WAIT FOR A SALE! Big price difference.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Lights

Pros: - Bright Cool Light
- Solid Build
- Operate Cool

Cons: - Delay Between Power and Light

Other Thoughts: These lights give off a nice cool colored light, which I love. The only thing I don't like about these lights is the delay between when the switch is pressed and when the lights actually come on. It is a little annoying, and the reason I took off an egg, but I think I could get used to it.

Overall, I would recommend these lights.

4 out of 5 eggsBright but maybe a tad harsh

Pros: definite bright for a 40W equivalent. more light and rated for l2X life of their 6W warm white. no flicker issues so far.
490 lumens sounds abiout right

Cons: Pkg says daylight white but this throws a shadowless cool white alot like a workshop fluorescent, which may be too harsh for a living room or den setting and yes you don't want to directly stare at this for any length of time

Other Thoughts: Pkg says daylight white - definitely more cool white

2 out of 5 eggsone lasts only a month, second one last a little more than a month.

Pros: cheap?

Cons: put three of them in my kitchen. one was died about less than one month; replaced the died one. after about a week, the other one (not the new replaced one) was flashing. I have to replace it again.
Good thing is that I got 5 when I bought it. So 3 of them are still working.
Contact their warranty claim phone number, no one picked up the phone. Sent an email to their support and hope that they can get back to me in next week.
Product is not good, and the customer service will be seen next week.

1 out of 5 eggsWent out in 5 months!!

Pros: Noneq

Cons: Got two of them, one went out in less than 6 months with very average use. They are supposed to last for years but lasted less than six months.

Other Thoughts: Next time I will look for Made in America on the label.. I'm sure it will last a lot longer if they are proudly made here..Quality compromise is something I cannot stand, sadly that is what you get these days..!
