This 00g flesh tunnel is made to look like a regular double flared eyelet rather than a flesh tunnel. The flares are more rounded than traditional flesh tunnels, so you can hardly tell where they unscrew! The threading is smooth, and the removable end screws on and off easily. Larger gauges may have a groove on the inside. The wearable length between flares is 5/16".
