N/A 2/13/2012 7:41:10 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 4/5	Rating: 3/5Not the smartest Pros: I've had this for a couple months now and it's pretty nice. The scheduling is very easy and quick to setup and since it can be scheduled, it makes it easy to keep your house clean when you're not around. It does a pretty decent job of finding the dock when it's finished cleaning. Cons: I have kitchen chairs that it can fit between the legs but it often gets stuck for a couple minutes under the chair trying to find it's way back out again. My couch is high enough for it to go under to a certain point but it often gets stuck coming back out due to the IR sensor wedging in just the right spot and it will sit there for 20 minutes stuck trying to work its way out. The path finding leaves a lot to be desired, the idea for pathing on this came from a bee. It basically drives until it hits something and then picks a different random direction and moves on. This would be ok in small rooms but in large rooms this results in it taking a very long time to complete. I've seen mine run for more than an hour in my living room/dining/kitchen area which is all one large area with no room separator. I have a German Shepherd that sheds a lot and has fairly long hair. The roomba often gets clogged with hair and I find myself cleaning the brush nearly every time it runs. Other Thoughts: If run every day it does a pretty good job of keeping the house clean even with the shedding dog. Did you find this review helpful? Thanks for the valuable feedback you provided!
