5 out of 5 eggswow what a deal!

Pros: Fast shipping quite a generator for 520.00 on a shell shocker sale it took me about an hour to get it put together it started right up on propane ran it for an hour worked great!!

Cons: Instructions need some work if it wasn't for the picture on the box i might have sent it back.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Little Generator!

Pros: Compact size, well constructed, propane/gas fueled, quiet, price

Cons: Battery not powerful enough for cold weather starts.

Other Thoughts: If it had a better battery, this review would be all positive with 5 stars. Don't know about durability or run time per filling yet.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent value

Pros: Price: on sale for $550, couldn't resist. It's ability to run on propane was a big selling point for me, this is for use during infrequent power outages and I wanted nothing to do with fueling with gasoline unless absolutely necessary; I'm tired of the short shelf life of today's ethanol blended fuels. Instructions were simple but fairly clear, including assembly. Love the electric start. In my case the battery had enough charge for electric start without requiring a charge. Easy pull for manual recoil start. Relatively quiet compared to some bargain units.

Cons: Poor quality fasteners on battery terminals; I replaced them easily. Not as quiet as some high end units.

Other Thoughts: Perfect for my occasional home power outage needs. Thanks to the dual fuel feature, no more rebuilding carburetors every other year due to gasoline varnish, moisture accumulation and fouling.

1 out of 5 eggsBad shipment

Pros: Price

Cons: Came in a very damaged box, contacted the seller, one reply nothing since, choose another vendor.

Other Thoughts: Have no clue how well or not so well this product works, with the damage that the box sustained this product cant be relied upon so it stays in the box.

4 out of 5 eggsBest value propane generator available

Pros: Worked out of the box. Comes with funnel and extension to make oil filling easier. Good Customer service. Quiet for a generator. Features.

Cons: Had one defective wheel, they sent me two as a replacement. Wish it were quieter.

Other Thoughts: This is a well made generator backed by good customer service from So Cal. Electric start, dual fuel; comes with parts to make your own 30 amp 220v cable; spark plug tool; oil fill funnel and angled ext.

Generators are not quiet machines. This unit does a good job of keeping the noise down, but it's still relatively loud. For the price however and features it's very hard to beat. I plan on using propane exclusively, but like the option of gas if necessary.

5 out of 5 eggsSo far so good.

Pros: Propane and / or Gas.
Wheel Kit and folding handles.
(muffler looks large for this size engine will test later.)
Packing was good.
Comes with 12v leads, 220v plug that you can wire to cord.
Seems well built.

Cons: Shipped with oil in it. Might be a return but I could only find one slight blemish where a textured nit had been tightened on the frame. Seems strange. No gas in tank and it would be hard to tell if had been run on propane.

So far I can't get the 220 plug into the receptacle on the machine, will look for tricks etc.

Other Thoughts: Comes with 11 warning tags to remove metal and wood shipping brace.

Reviews on Home Depot look good.
