It is compact and can fit in the palm of your very hand. Cons: You couldn't see things around 20 feet in front of you, because it is so strong. But then again what is the point of binoculars. Other Thoughts: I'm not a birdwatcher, or some adventurous nature explorer. I bought this because I usually sit in the back of the gigantic lecture hall and I couldn't see anything on the board. My roommates called me names concerning my gender orientation because of this. However when I received this product and tested it out in class, I indeed felt extremely silly. I looked like a pirate, or Galileo. Or something.
