Pros: Good overall quality

Cons: Does not function as advertised (magnification and focusing). No reponse from Barska about return after two weeks of e-mails and telephone calls.

Pros: Nice optics and good zoom

Cons: there is four times more range of movement then is needed for both focus and zoom, and the focus does is geared more towards using the microscope attachment (but still has issues at the higher powers)

Other Thoughts: As long as you don't plan on using more than about 20x zoom over distance you should be fine. I love my 10-30x50 Barska Binoculars, but the can be a little big at times which is why I got this. While I don't regret the purchase, I was expecting better.
