Pros: Rides nice and smooth and looks great. Paid a bike shop 35 bucks to assemble so I knew it was done right.

Getting going and going up hills IS a chore, but I know I'm going to get one heck of a work out on this bike.

Cons: No support contact information on Vilano site.
Shipping took longer than I expected and the delivery guy just threw the box over the fence into my back yard, which is the only reason I took an egg away as the box was dented.

Other Thoughts: The bike feels solid and I hope it holds up well to my 2 mile commute to work. Will update as time passes to speak to how the bike holds up.
