Cons: you cannot turn back the date on the watch. if you set it ahead on accident you have to go through the entire month to get the date and time correct. i did this the first time. if you watch the 24 hour dial while setting the time, it will help prevent this. Pros: great quality watch. i love that there is a timer and a 24 hour clock to show am or pm.
