MY 9/1/2012 9:27:25 AM Tech Level: 3/5 Ownership: 3/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 2/5Not the best materials Pros: This thing is great as far as pockets go. Velcro tabs on almost every pocket. Cons: The build is kind of awkward, as the pockets slant the same way the seat would slant, so I can see things easily falling out. Also, the elastic straps on the bottom have about a circumference of 2 inches. What umbrella would fit in that? When I tried seeing how far it would stretch, the stitching came out a bit. I didn't exactly pull hard. Other Thoughts: Overall, for $10 this is a decent buy. Adding extra pockets to the back seat is great for keeping everything organized, or at least not sliding all over the floor/seats. I can utilize the elastic tabs on the bottom by attaching a carabiner or some other such trinket. I haven't set it up in my car yet, but I assume to not have any problems. Construction and material appear to be about average to somwhat above average. Decent value at under $10.00. This item should help keep all those little needed items from rolling under the seats and within easy reach. Cons: None so far....
