Alert other people in the house of what this is, and that it sounds like a smoke alarm, yet make sure you don't ignore a real smoke alarm! Other Thoughts: My parents didn't mind it sounding like a smoke alarm. Alert other people in the house of what this is, and that it sounds like a smoke alarm, yet make sure you don't ignore a real smoke alarm!
