Cons: I would say its cheap and you get what you pay for, but you dont even get that. It takes 2 AAA batteries that are a little taxing to get in. Pros: Cant think of a pro for the life of me...

Cons: I would say its cheap and you get what you pay for, but you dont even get that. It takes 2 AAA batteries that are a little taxing to get in. Extremely underpowered, it does spin pretty fast, but as soon as it touches your skin, it dies.
