I had picked the nook cable specifically as there is an LED to show when it's fully charged. They asked me why the blackberry cable didn't work. I told them its false advertising. If i buy a product, I should get a product. They didn't care. Horrible customer service. Horrible vendor. How can newegg let its reputation on the line and allow such trashy vendors is beyond me.
