Pros: Quick shipping. I finally did receive a refund for both items.

Cons: The first headset arrived quickly but was a car charger instead. I went through the return process and ordered another one.

The second one came in an unpadded, thin package. Of course it arrived broken.

After dealing with Oriongadgets for the returns, nothing showed up as a return in my bank account. I had to call them, and newegg, again 3 weeks later before anything was done with the refund. I don't know if they were hoping the problem would go away if they didn't deal with it.

Maybe I just had a bad experience but what a turn off from online shopping and a real waste of my time with the return process.

Pros: Delivered on time.

Cons: The headphones arrived in a plastic bag. One of the orange headphone covers was missing. The cables were all ratted up. It looks like this unit is either refurbished or more likely used/returned.

The wire is CUT! This set of headphones will not work.

Other Thoughts: This will likely be the last time I order from a newegg.com 'partner'. I've always gotten good service/products from newegg.com.

Pros: Headset has good quality sound, mic picks up well

Cons: Bulk packaging was missing parts. I only got half of the color changers and didn't get the key to pop them out.

Other Thoughts: This is my third one of these headsets because I have a tendency of tripping over the wire
