Pros: Can use from pocket.

Cons: Range is bad before modification, there is some deterioration of sound, not as bad after modification.

Modification Instructions (you'll need a small flat head screwdriver and a hot glue gun):
Pop the top off of it with the screwdriver starting at the ports.
Pull out the circuit board and you'll see a large piece of metal. This metal is entirely unnecessary and serves only to satisfy customers who innately feel that heavier is more valuable.
The piece of metal is held in place with double sided tape, so just pop it out.
Put the circuit board back in place (it should sort of snap in).
Put hot glue around the edge of the enclosure and put the top back in place.
Now this device conforms to all the specifications that Belkin specifies.

Pros: Cute looking / but worthless...only works round 5ft away.....not 33ft as advertised

Cons: Junk. .....Works but sounds breaks and not more than 5ft range...not 33ft

Pros: Works, easy setup, attractive design.

Cons: Audio quality not comparable to wired connection ... was hoping for better. Volume significantly lower than wired connection. Occasional clicks in audio output when navigating around the connected iPod 4g.

Other Thoughts: I set this up with an ipod touch 4g to stream play pandora, radio paradise, and itunes through my living room stereo.

I really, really wanted to love this unit, because wireless is awesome: it's great to be able to take the ipod to the couch, adjust volume, switch pandora stations, etc. Unfortunately, the audio quality just isn't good enough. After a few days of side-by-side comparison of wired solutions, I switched back to wired. This unit now sits unused.

This would probably work well if audio quality isn't a main concern - for example, if you're listening primarily to podcasts.

Pros: Pretty easy to set up and works as advertised with good quality audio.

Cons: Transmit distance is less than advertised. I removed the metal plate as some users recommended, and did get some additional distance, but probably a bit less than the 30' promised - more like 25' for clear signal.

Pros: Works as described and very easy to set-up.

Cons: The bluetooth range is only about 10-15ft.
