Cons: Bluemall apparently never even shipped it. Other Thoughts: This was the first item ever that I've ordered from one of Neweggs new partners. We all know of Newegg's reputation for quality products, good prices, quick delivery, and excellent customer service, which they've rightly earned over the years. However it seems they've partnered with companies that don't share Newegg's commitment to excellence, and in the process it's going to tarnish Newegg's rep. I ordered this product over 3 weeks ago (2 of them actually), and the tracking # they provided has never been valid, and the product never arrived. I didn't stress too much about the fact that the tracking # wasn't working at first, and I wouldn't have complained if the product arrived in a timely manner, but it's quite obvious at this point that it never even shipped.
