Cons: Accidentally tried to pick up my phone while it was still plugged in, didn't yank it, but pulled it firmly, just picking it up off the table to look at a text. The cable did not pull out of the phone, but the plastic shielding on the connector end that plugs into the phone popped off, and now when I snap it back on the mini usb connector is too loose, I can't plug it back into the phone with the plastic shield snapped back on. The cable still works fine without the plastic shielding, but the wires are exposed, creates potential to easily cross wires. Other Thoughts: I really liked the retractable feature of this cable, I'm very disappointed that I made the mistake of trying to pick up my phone, totally my fault.
