Cons: Had to use a scissors to open the package. Other Thoughts: No more need to remove, when going through the carwash. 3 to 4 times cheaper then custom car sights plus free S/H, you can't beat that. cost more to make them! Cons: Definitely not universal fit, a completely worthless waste of money in my case. It comes with a few adapter nuts with various size threads on inside and outside but none match up with a Mercedes-Benz antenna mount which turns out to be coaxial; this component is just a short stalk with a threaded base; all nuts are too small even if I wanted to give it a try. Manufacturer should specify the sizes and form factor of the adapters, or say "for GM, Ford, Toyota" or whatever vehicle it actually fits. Or mention ones it doesn't fit. Other Thoughts: Probably not worth sending back at this price. Don't buy anything online that claims universal fit unless it explicitly mentions your vehicle brand and describes in detail the adapters sizes and formats. NewEgg gets a thumbs down for not including an image of the bottom connection point, one of the most important aspects of something that screws on and claims to be universal fit. Cons: This All Make All Model is wrong this antenna will not go on my car unless it has a double sided .242" screw on thing because my cars antenna hole is the same as the carbon fibers antenna hole so if the people who make this antenna could send me a .242" double sided screw on for the antenna that would be great.
