Pros: Clear as can be audio from my way and the other person, and really everything else Cons: Sometimes requires you to shut the headset off and turn it back on fir the mic to work, but its not that big of problem. Excellent comfortable fit that sits perfectly around my ears. The sound is incredible and when I play games like MW3, I can hear when the bullet casings hit the floor. Nice selection of audio presets and the ability to download and add new presets is a plus. Mic Chat volume control works beautifully and people can hear me and I hear them clear as day as if they were in the same room. Definitely a must buy for anyone who lives in a place with a lot of background noise and you just love to hear all the beats and hums that are barely audible using the onset speakers of your tv. Set up was also extremely easy. Cons: A little on the lite side and any sudden head movement may cause them to fall off. Other than that, nothing. Snaps, crackles, and pops worse than rice crispy treats on both my PC and PS3. Turtle beach customer support amounted to no more than copy/paste answers to attempt a fix and couldn't get a replacement unit. Other microphones I have used in the past have been much better in quality even the cheap ones from 10 years ago. Stay away from turtle beach products. Other Thoughts: Didn't buy this through newegg, otherwise I would have a working headset since their customer service is much better than the store that I impulse bought this or turtle beach.
