Perfect time-keeping has finally come in a form that seems so far to be at the ideal balancing point of luxury for myself. To my students and colleagues it is simply a 'nice looking watch' rather than something overly ornate thats calling for attention. If I were to present it to an experienced jeweler friend of mine however, its true greatness and value would become much more apparent. Cons: Coming from a background of Physics, with over a decade of study and research to my name, I feel I must mention that my use of the phrase 'perfect time-keeping' is an imperfect concept for all time pieces outside the realm of atomic clocks, no matter how negligible any variance in the passage of time may be from one person to another. The only thing I can really bring myself to complain about would be the expense. I believe it goes without saying that all art, especially a piece of such high quality, is priceless. I hope that an asking price on any piece of art is not misconstrued as a label of its true worth. My issue was not with the amount of money spent, but rather that I was able to choose only one of so very many fine timepieces. Other Thoughts: What else can be said of such a piece? I fear that calling it 'perfect' would diminish its fine aesthetic nature, but calling it anything but would greatly understate the work of a true master craftsman. 1 out of 4 people found this review helpful.
