Pros: Made of good grade heavy duty vinyl, fits good on the Q300 series, has a sewn in handle and a vented area in the back toward the top to help prevent moisture under the cover.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Should have purchased it along with the grill.
Ended up paying extra for shipping.
Oh,well I still got a good deal at Newegg.
