1 out of 5 eggsTurn it in before the warranty ends

Pros: convenient

Cons: Broke 9 days after the 1 yr warranty expired.

Other Thoughts: I'll see if the manufacturer will still honor their warranty. I'm not betting on it.

5 out of 5 eggsMake the other half happy

Pros: Makes good coffee i guess. I bought it for my girlfriend and she loves it. She stopped going to starbucks everyday and truly enjoys it. I don't like coffee but it does make good hot cider.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: didnt come with a cup :(

3 out of 5 eggsCustomer Service Gr8, Brewer lasts about 3 weeks

Pros: Awesome. Love the brewer.

Cons: I am on my 4th brewer in 2 months. They fail to operate properly after about three weeks. Keurig replaces it under warranty with no problem, but I think it shows they need to have some more QA done on their electronic parts. We've had the same model at the office for about 6 months or so, and never had a problem. I think they tried to make too many too fast for the Christmas season.

5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME (per the wife)

Pros: Who doesn't know the pros and cons of a single-server brewing machine by now?

Makes coffee, tee, cocoa, etc, one cup at a time....

Cons: Makes coffee, tee, cocoa, etc, one (expensive... about 70c each!) cup at a time.

Cheaper than starbucks, but daaaaammmm those K-cups get expensive...

Other Thoughts: Yes, I know you can use the MyCup, Solofill, etc, to use your own grounds. But the whole point is the convenience of dropping in the ready-to-go K-Cup and pushing the button. If I have to measure grounds, clean filters, swap out K-Cup adapters... why not just make a whole pot?

1 out of 5 eggsUnreliable

Pros: Quick brewing. Consistent results. Good looking.
Think of them as an Italian sportscar. Fast , beautiful and not the least bit reliable. It'll spend more time in the shop than at home.

Cons: Mine quit working in exactly 2 weeks. I searched the web for other reviews, which I should've done first, and found out that all Keurig Coffee Brewers usually fail within, at most, one year.
I returned mine and bought a Tassimo, instead.

Other Thoughts: Make absolutely sure that you keep your box, paperwork and everything else so you can easily return this to Keurig for replacement within the One Year Warranty Period.
Be prepared to buy another one at any moment after the first year passes, if you are lucky enough to get one that lasts that long.
I highly suggest you then try a Tassimo. You won't be disappointed.

5 out of 5 eggsMe gusta

Pros: Good coffee maker, Got $25 gift card with it. Bought it for my wife but i find myself using it too and i'm not a coffee drinker so i use it for tea, comes with 12 k cup to try 12 different flavors.

Cons: Price kinda high but worth every penny. Doesn't make the strongest coffee in the world even when using your own coffee and not K cups

Other Thoughts: I thought paying $109 for this thing and receiving a gift card for $25 was a great price. If I ever divorce my wife I'll get one for myself. Highly recommend this thing

1 out of 5 eggsTwo down, none to go

Pros: Convenient. Small, but good coffee...depending on kcup used. Loved it while it worked.

Cons: Zero reliability. Replaced first one under warranty. Then just out of the warranty, the replacement quit.
They can make a LOT of noise brewing. Reusable coffee cup/filter leaks like heck.

Other Thoughts: Since the kcups are small, the amount of coffee made per cycle is not that much. Kcups are getting more expensive. Takes a bit of money to find out which kcups your like. Loved it when it worked. Will NOT buy another. Now I use water from my microwave and a single cup paper filter cone device.
