2 out of 5 eggsAnnoying electronic buzz

Pros: Good bass and decent sound overall. Very light. Small carrying case included with several sizes of rubber earbuds. Paired easily with both my Nexus 4 and Windows 7.

Cons: There is a high-pitched electronic buzzing during any soft music passages (and phone calls) which is very noticeable and annoying. The charging cable is proprietary, meaning if you lose it or break it (since it relies on a spring-loaded clip to make contact) you are out of luck. The battery life is short. I was able to get about 3 hours of music time before a recharge was necessary. So don't expect to use these all day. Not great for phone calls. The other party could hear me, but said it was very faint and sounded like I was in a cardboard box. The controls are basic (3 buttons), but for some reason the Vol Up button is also the Prev Track button, which is opposite of what is stated in the manual. Bluetooth range is short. Simply having the cable below my jacket collar interrupts the signal.

Other Thoughts: I have two pairs of MEElectronics corded "noise isolating" earbuds which I like and use occasionally. I also have two pairs of bluetooth headsets (Sennheiser MM100 and Jaybird Bluebuds X) which were very expensive but sound fantastic. I decided to try these relatively inexpensive (after promo code) bluetooth earbuds . I guess you get what you pay for. They're not horrible. The bass is pretty good. The fit is fairly standard for in-ear buds (uncomfortable after a while). But the high-pitched electronic buzz gives me a headache. I guess if all you listen to is consistently loud music with no soft passages, you probably won't even notice the annoying buzz. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying these at full price. But if you can get them for cheap and plan on using them for short periods in noisy environments (I'm thinking the gym), then they might be a decent purchase.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat sound, room for improvement

Pros: Sound: Bass is great. Mid and High are balanced. 10mm driver and aptX is why I decided to get this instead of the Plantronic backbeat Go2 6mm driver and no aptx.
Portable: light and tangle free
Connectivity: connect with my iphone 5 and nexus 7 without a problem.

Yes, battery can be improved, but I kinda know before getting it. I've tried two days without charging and on a normal subway/bus ride commute to work without much of a problem. Obviously, charge it every night like ur phone to be on the safe side. I've always want to know if you can charge and listen at the same time with an extended usb cord. but it doesn't.

Cons: The Fit works for me, but my bro complaint that the 10mm driver is too big and he tried all the ear tips and it doesn't seem to fit perfectly.
Connectivity: the sound got choppy when I put my iphone in my jeans or dress pants pocket. I thought its a problem with Air-Fi, but my Jay bird freedom has the same issue. so it's a bluetooth limitation.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Product, Great Company

Pros: Great Sound
Customer Service from MEElectronics is Fantastic
Convenient carrying case
Relatively comfortable

Cons: Requires recharge every few days
Distance from source isn't very far
Needs about an hour to charge completely

Other Thoughts: Took a risk upgrading to this product from the previous Air-Fi model. Took the chance based on the wonderful customer service of MEElectronics. Turned out to be a great buy, so far. The last model died in less than a year, so the jury is our on the longevity, but I have high hopes. I love this product.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat sound, Great looks, Best Customer Service

Pros: Listening to these buds, you'd think they were traditional wired earbuds. The sound quality is excellent. With 10 mm drivers, you get a full robust bass, and yet the mid range and high end still come through with great clarity, even on high volumes. These are beautiful, with a flat cable connecting the earbuds, and a built in mic, that includes the volume and power switch. Slightly raised buttons on the volume control/power switch make finding the correct button easy. The internal battery is charged by hooking up to a standard USB port, and an easy to attach clip to the right earbud. There's an LED on that earbud, that shows red while charging, and blinks blue when paired with your Bluetooth device. It even puts a small icon on your device that shows the charge level of your earbuds. Very useful if you are unsure of how much charge remains in your earbuds.
The Air-FI Metro, really has the sound of high quality wired earbuds, without the cords, and it allows you to control several functions on your device, by using the control buttons on the microphone. I've found that MEElectronics doesn't forget it's customers after the sale is made. Their customer service quickly responds to questions, and gives personal attention to any concerns.
I would absolutely recommend the Air-Fi Metro to a friend.

Cons: As of this writing, I haven't found any cons to report.
