3 out of 5 eggsLoses charge very quickly, mediocre charger

Pros: Good capacity when fully charged, can charge my Samsung Galaxy S3 twice, and the Samsung Note 2 about 1.5 times.

Cons: Really disappointed at how quickly this thing loses charge when left on the shelf. It beats the whole purpose of a backup. After a month it losts 50% of charge. It probably uses very low quality batteries, for comparison Sanyo's Eneloop NiMH battery doesn't lose charge more than a few percent a month.

4 out of 5 eggsgood enough

Pros: -compact
-medium capacity (10Ah)
-decent case and carrying case
-user-replaceable battery

Cons: As mentioned by other reviewers, sometimes the battery seems to lose charge faster than lithium polymer batteries should through self-discharge. I have found the unit toggled on in its carrying case a couple of times, so this could be one explanation for this effect. If you're carrying cables in the carrying case, be sure to keep bulky connectors away from the button area, as they could shift and turn the unit on when the carrying case gets squeezed or bounced in transit. Also, the micro usb charging cable may not be the highest quality (mine failed after a few months).

I would have liked to see some kind of slide switch instead of a toggle button to prevent accidental activation, so minus 1 egg for that.

Other Thoughts: I got mine for $25, which was excellent considering the cost of the battery alone. However, I wouldn't pay much more than $30-$40 for a 10Ah battery.

3 out of 5 eggsOK charger, loses charge quickly

Pros: Functions okay as a portable charge, was able to charge my Samsung Galaxy S3 2 times. It was also able to charge the phone and the samsung tab2 as well using one charge. That is expected from a 10000 mAh battery.

The battery case is nice and also comes with a carrying case.

Cons: The biggest disappointment is that it doesn't hold it's charge over time. After fully charging it, I didn't use it for 45 days and the LED lights indicated it lost 33% of its charge. This is pretty bad! The whole point of a portable charge is to not worry about charging it every week. I think the Lithium Polymer battery they used is probably not the best quality. Also, the charge time is really slow, takes over 24 hours to charge if completely drained.
It's also a bit larger than other chargers, and the battery case feels a bit flimsy, e.g. the bevel around the button is coming off. I wish it was more compact. It states that the battery is replaceable, but it will cost more than the product to replace it and also not available easily.

Other Thoughts: Overall it's ok, but I wouldn't spend more than $25 for this thing.

1 out of 5 eggsno charge

Pros: the standard two outputs, fairly small and a nice zip case.

Cons: its poor construction first did not allow the battery to charge fully and that caused the lipo battery to become two hot for comfort. Thankfully I had placed the battery in a lipo charging bag.

Other Thoughts: if you have purchased this, please check the battery during the charge in a containment bag or other nonflammable outside area.
if you haven't purchased this, great.

5 out of 5 eggsBought my second one

Pros: Fully charged 3 phones and still had some juice to charge more

Cons: It takes forever to recharge, but that's to be expected. Leave it charging while you sleep would remedy that.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this on a discounted price that was too hard to pass up. I haven't had a chance to extensively test it, but none of my devices has yet to die on me while on the road.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks Well

Pros: Cost
Charges iPad

Cons: Slow to charge

Other Thoughts: Works as expected. Other reviews are right that it is slow to charge. Tried using AC adapter and it was still slow. However this seems to be a common problem with these externat power sources.

5 out of 5 eggsNice battery

Pros: Small form factor, yet lots of power. Great price, and the included case is great (not to big, but room for a couple USB cables). The speed it recharges an iPhone 5 is fantastic!

Cons: recharge time is pretty long, in part due to the unit charging via a microUSB. If it had an option for a 20watt or higher charging brick it would be perfect.
