4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: You get wireless n at this price, that's insane! Good range and EZ setup, did I mention it's wireless n?

Cons: The LAN ports are not gigabit, you'll need to pay more for a different model for this option if you want it.

Other Thoughts: Great router, I've purchased at least 2 of these for different locations and haven't had any complaints from anyone. The range and performance is pretty much on par if not equal to routers costing much more. It might not have all the bells and whistles of the big boys, but if all you want is a small reliable wireless n router, it's hard to go wrong with this one. It even comes with green technology built in.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: price, free shipping, wired connections are good

Cons: took 20 mins for it to connect to my cable modem, it will at times ( at least once a day ) disconnection of wireless for 5 mins, no reason why.

Other Thoughts: Range isn't bad, wireless latency isnt bad neither ( adds like 1-3 ms ) compared to wired. It needs a better internet detection cause my old router that is like over 5 years old took less than a min to auto configure, this one is over 20 mins!!!!

1 out of 5 eggsVery frustratingly Unstable

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Short Range: The router is located on the 2nd floor of a small 200 sq ft 2 story wood-framed house. The signal is 3/5 bars at best 5-10 feet away from the router, with no wall between a device and the router. Down stair, the signal is usually 1/5 bars.

Unstability: The router drops signal 3 to4 times per hour. It is very frustrating watching Netflix movies when that happens.

Other Thoughts: Do not buy it. I used to think that unstable signal only happens to a few other user, not me. But then, it did happened to me, and wasted my money and have to hunt for another router.

5 out of 5 eggscheap and effective

Pros: For the price, this will do everything you expect out of a router. Plain and simple.

Cons: The only qualm I have with the product is the default IP setup. Most routers have the local network as 192.168.1.x whereas this has the default network as 192.168.10.x. This isn't an issue for most people, but the network for my wife's VPN is 192.168.10.x. After checking with the manual, I changed the setting (very simple) and all works fine.

Other Thoughts: Would purchase again if needed. running 2 laptops, 1 andriod phone, 1 iphone, and a desktop. Matches incoming bandwidth (FIOS) nearly always.

3 out of 5 eggsIt beats Dynex...

Pros: It is faster than my old Dynex router and has some additional features. My family has said that they noticed improved internet speeds with this router.

Cons: It does not allow AP bridging so that you can connect other routers to it to extend range. It does not do 100m indoor range in my house.

Other Thoughts: This is my first Wireless N router; my other one was a G router. It does not have quite the range that I thought it would for a wireless N router.

2 out of 5 eggsDon't buy it for WiFi

Pros: Cheap, easy setup

Cons: WiFi won't work for more than a few hours

Other Thoughts: If you want WiFi don't get this router. It starts working and then it dies.

For wired connections works great.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent for the money

Pros: Seams works good so far, decent signal strength, speed.

Cons: Not the easiest thing i have ever had to set up.The hardware set up for cable was a bit of a pain.It never would find my IP address, had to disable wireless, then re-enable wireless for it to catch my IP address.

1 out of 5 eggsYou get what you pay for

Pros: Price if it worked.

Cons: Bought this product hoping to get a cheap wireless solution for my house and got what I paid for. I had read reviews insisting that if you apply the firmware that the router works well. This was not the case for me, I applied the flash and experienced unreliable connections that frequently disconnected. This included my desktop, xbox360 and iPhone.

Other Thoughts: Shame this product didn't work, it had a nice interface and promising features.
