Cons: Waited my RMA for about 45 days before they pay me back. Originally, I returned the item for replacement but instead, they return my payment less the amount that I payed for. I even payed for the shipment. When I first talked to Newegg customer service, they told me that they will give me a 10$ gift card for all the problem that they cause also with the seller.
