Pros: I don't know exactly what it does or how it does, but now I'm a believer.

I decided to work on my father-in-law's lawn mower so I could stop taking mine over to his house. His mower would not start at all. When it used to still start, it was a lot of pulling to get it to start.
I took out the carburetor and cleaned it thoroughly with carb cleaner, replaced oil and spark plug. The engine would then start but not stay started for more than a few seconds.
My uncle recommended this product, so I poured it into the gas tank and some directly into the carb. The engine started and started blowing dark gray smoke out the side of the engine for about 2 minutes.
Not only did I notice that the engine stopped blowing the gray smoke, but it was running until I got tired of holding the handle down to keep it started.
I used the lawn mower every week all last summer and every time it now started easily again within 1 or 2 pulls instead of the many it used to take, allowing me to mow the lawn

Other Thoughts: This mower has sat all winter long with some seafoam mixed in with the gas just before I put it away. I tired starting the mower just last weekend and once again, it started right up in 2 pulls which totally surprised me.
