Pros: Easy to put music on and the formats it supports

Cons: I have not been able to get it to shuffle songs like it says it can..not sure why and no instructions on how to make it do it..

Other Thoughts: I like it over all but is not what I expected...I expected to be able to have it shuffle the music I put on it but have yet to be able to.

Pros: I boufhr rhis for my girlfriend as a gift, and it took no time at all to load all her songs on it and it was easy to understand even for a novice user. Very light weight. The battery life is amazing.

Cons: This product has a slow OS. You have to press hard on the touch screen especially harder near the edges of the screen. It really needs a stylus and it doesnt come with one. The interface is not very user friendly. There is no move or copy option to transfer files from the memory card to the internal memory of the device or vice versa. There is no way to add music from the memory card to the playlist. I think i will have to format my memory card for the operating system to reconize this. The internal speakers are weak i can hardly hear them at full blast

Other Thoughts: Would be nice if it came with a stylus, but i can just use a pen to navigate. Overall for the price this works my girlfriend likes that its pink and comes with ear buds that match. She tells me that it sounds excellent through the headphones. I love how i dont need to use iTunes with this or some other garbage program, i plug it in and Windows reconizes it

Cons: The touch screen is horrible! I couldn't access my music.
transferring music to it from iTunes was such an ordeal! I will never recommend this product!
