Basic speed and volume controls. Cons: LP "hangs" over the edges quite a bit. Software is buggy/poor. I recommend using something 3rd party to truly clean up the tracks and capture the audio. The manual arm movement was a bummer, there is a little lever for moving it up and down, but side to side is all by hand. Other Thoughts: I purchased this to convert all my parents LP to MP3 on an iPud for Christmas. As this has to be done in real time, it took a LONG time and I listened to EVERY album. The work was worth it though. I no longer have this turntable as the rest of the family loved the idea and took it from there.
