Other Thoughts: Very simple to use. The included USB to mini-USB cable is used to charge the internal battery by plugging it into the mini-USB port on the battery pack. A small push button switch allows you to monitor the battery state via four blue led's.
To charge a device from it, simply plug the same USB cable into the pack, and plug the mini-USB end into the device that requires charging. NOTE* You might need a mini-USB to micro-USB adapter for some phone models.

Pros: It's small and light.

Cons: There are NO instructions for it, on the package, on their website, or anywhere on the web (AFAIK).
Apparently it needs to be "turned on" to charge, and I couldn't get it to charge my friends phone w/ a regular micro usb cable.

Other Thoughts: Luckily (due to some shipping issues) I ended up ordering a splash intense 5400mAh that charges whenever plugged in (no turning on required), and can charge 2 devices at once (push the large power button to start/stop charging)
