The Bald Guy 6/27/2012 9:41:43 AM Tech Level: 4/5 Ownership: 4/5	Rating: 4/5Didn't Know I Needed One Until I Got One... Pros: Handy. I put my phone in the case at the beginning of the day, run the phone as normal and when the phone battery gets low, I just turn on the case battery and charge my phone. I also make sure I just leave the case and phone in indirect light, and the case charges all day, making sure I have a full battery at all times. Case is heavy-duty; I've dropped it, spilled things on it and more with no problems. Taken it camping, to the beach, etc...and it was perfect, since I didn't have to schlep to the car to charge the battery every time it got low or worry about finding a plug. Cons: Case could be smaller, but with solar panel, circuitry and size of the case battery, I get why it is not. Too big to stick in your pants pocket with the case on it, but will fit in your purse, briefcase, anywhere in your car, etc... The case doesn't go all the way around the phone, protecting the very top, but has protected my phone the few times I have dropped it. Other Thoughts: When I first got it, I wasn't used to having a case on or making sure it was in enough light to charge the battery, so I would not take it with me sometimes. EVERY TIME I went without it, I would end up with a dead battery, no way to charge it and would be in a situation where I NEEDED my phone or WANTED it desperately - like the time I was out at a business meeting, needed to pull up a file to close a deal - and my battery was dead. I use my iPhone smartphone for almost everything I do. So, if I do not have a backup battery charger, I may be out of service in a normal day. Includes an additional battery and can be charges by solar or utility power. The battery pack increases your usage life 2-3X depending on your type of use. I like it particulary when I play golf using Golf Logix's application as I have not been able to complete a round of golf without the charger. Cons: I wish the charger totally encased my iPhone Other Thoughts: Compared to standard other just iPhone cover cases that cost up to $ 40 alone, this case pack a powerful punch.
