Cons: I didn't order the "Hello Kitty" thumb drive, I ordered the mickey mouse drive for my son. And for some reason he wont take it to school to use for his computer classes. He is 8 and I guess he doesn't want to get beat up by the bigger kids, imagine that. I did a return for the drive and asked for them to send me the correct drive and they sent me a second "Hello Kitty" thumb drive. Not even McDonald's screws your order up twice in a row for the same order. But, to defend New Egg, they are resaleing these through a company called 1saleaday.com. They have the worst customer service I have ever delt with, BUT, they did let me keep the first "hello kitty" drive and not return it. Gee thanks..... Other Thoughts: Ill try it again and have New Egg deal with the other company, they made me too mad. New Egg is great, there the Home Depot for computer stuff. Pros: Its a thumb drive, not hard to screw those things up now a days.
