Definitely a step up from an ugly plastic one :) I like the fact that you can step on it and it is ready right away. Scales I've had in the past, you had to tap to turn them on, then stand there and wait for it to read -0-, but this scale you can just step right on it and it's ready. I weighed myself fully dressed, except for my shoes, the morning before a doctors visit, and at the doctors office weighed the same way and got the same exact reading, so I can trust it is accurate. Cons: It made me realize that the floor of my bathroom isn't completely flat!! I never knew! Scale must be set on a hard, flat surface, which shouldn't be a big deal, unless someone didn't even out the tile job in your bathroom right!! lol! If you put the scale down and it 'rocks' in any direction, try rotating it until it sits flat. Other Thoughts: Rare for me to be completely happy with anything, but what more could I want from a scale! It works and was cheap. 4 out of 4 people found this review helpful. Did you?
