Exactly What I Wanted
Pros: Unique colors, good quality. They're no smaller than regular Bucky Balls. (Contrary to what other reviews have stated.)
Cons: There is subtle color inconsistency among the balls, but I'm not going to dock an egg for that. Time will tell if the color wears off.
Other Thoughts: I have a set of Bucky Balls that my girlfriend loves. She really wanted to get the colored ones, but couldn't decide which color she liked best. These were the perfect solution.

KEEP AWAY FROM BABIES & TODDLERS
Pros: It was cool unti.... the con.
Cons: We thought this was a great toy, until our 2 year old got a hold of it and started swallowing the individual balls. The magnets "connected" in her intestines and resulted in a surgery to remove them at Children's Medical center in Dallas TX. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. According to the doctors, babies eat a lot of stuff, and most passes on through. The danger here is that they can fit them in their mouths and it becomes a "bigger toy" in their intestines. We were lucky though and the clump was in 1 single spot blocking the passage. There have been cases where the balls are in different parts of the intestines and "link" putting force on the walls of the intestines "linking" them together. Children have died from these magnetic ball toys (we found out after the fact). Also pets have died.
Other Thoughts: KEEP OUT OF THE HANDS OF CHILDREN AND MAKE SURE PETS DO NOT GET IT.

These are fun but a little disappointing
Pros: They provide stress relief and amusement at work.
Cons: The paint chips off after less than a month
Other Thoughts: For the price they are ok. I would rather just buy the Bucky balls. They do not chip.

Rainbow Magnetic "balls"
Pros: The Bright Colors are a plus. Somewhat fun.
Cons: Tin fit in my palm, making the actual magnets super tiny. Out of the tin the 216 "balls" used about half of the tin space. They are perhaps to small for my fingers to grip, much less manipulate into anything other than a line.
Other Thoughts: I bought these "marbles" as a Christmas gift. I opened the package to inspect since it looked too small. It might make a good stocking stuffer but nothing extraordinary like I was expecting. I was terribly dissapointed in the size considering they are pricey. The pebbles are marked as marbles but are more the size of a pellet (about 1/3 the size of an eraser on a pencil-end) which makes them very easy to loose and play with. On the plus side they do have a very strong magnetic pull for their size.
