Cons: The power button on the case simply does not work. Other Thoughts: The case actually seemed well made, was comfortable to hold and is not bad looking. The package was quite inexpensive which is why I didn't bother asking for a refund. The thought of requesting a RMA and paying shipping charges to send it just wasn't worth it. They were very surprised with how long the battery life lasted, even when roaming most of the day. The pricing was so good, I ordered an additional (2) batteries for the remaining phones we have and can't wait until they arrive. Great product at a great price!!
