Pros: Nice, gripy feel. Easy to install. Long lasting when the grips don't shear.

Cons: The rubber grip on one of the sticks came off entirely after a month. And not piece by piece, just all at one. -2 Eggs.

Other Thoughts: Still use the Rubberless stick with no problems. Just annoying that it happened.

Pros: 1. The joysticks were installed on my Xbox 360 controller without any issues.
2. They feel nice and work properly.
3. They're cheap but still feel like the stock joysticks.

Cons: 1. I could not get the DPad to fit properly. See other thoughts for more details, but TL;DR the DPad that comes in this package is not the same piece that was already on the controller.

Other Thoughts: The joysticks installed without a problem. If you are getting the "my joysticks don't return to center" problem...i.e. they get stuck, then you've tightened the screws too much. Use your screw driver, unscrew each screw just 2 or 3 full turns (not all the way, just loosen it up a bit) and kind of pull on the two halves of the controller. That should fix your stuck joystick problem.

When I took it apart, the DPad that came on the controller had 2 holes for screws and then a plastic pinching mechanism to hold it in place. The DPad that comes in this set does NOT have that plastic pincher mechanism so it doesn't sit in the controller properly. This is no big deal, since I bought them for the joysticks, but if you're looking for DPad replacement I'd look elsewhere.

Really happy I bought these, my old joysticks fell victim to my roommate's dog. Now I have full padding again and it's wonderful. Highly recommended if you don't need the DPad.

Pros: Thumbsticks are good.

Cons: The snap pieces of th D-Pad were broken off, but the screw pieces were still on it so it still works and doesn't negatively affect gameplay.

Pros: Love the black color and rubber tips feel great

Cons: D-pad shaky after installation no matter how tight the screws. does not have the tabs that are included with original d-pad
