Pros: It does fit the Kinect sensor and sits on top of most flat screens; something the Kinect probably should do out of the box. And it has two rubber pads to keep from scratching up your TV.

Cons: It doesn't adjust far enough for the new thin LED TVs; I had to pad mine out with a chunk of Styrofoam, or it aims the sensor up at the ceiling. The mount also ships with no instructions and arrives in three pieces.

Pros: Works.

Cons: Pretty flimsy. Would not work as designed for my thin TV, but worked by reversing the bracket.

Other Thoughts: Had I paid full price I would have been quite disappointed. NewEgg had a good deal on it though.
