3 out of 5 eggsJust okay

Pros: It looks kinda cool and it managed to get like 6 or 7 channels in.

Cons: It's weight is horrible. The thing falls over so easily, and when it did one of the rabbit ears broke. Also, it only gets in 6 or 7 channels. And it's directional. That's annoying.

Other Thoughts: It would be nice if you didn't have to point it, scan, wait, watch, repeat. It would also be nice if it had some way to securely mount it to the top of something or to the wall.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent signal in Denver

Pros: Easy setup. Excellent signal reception just north and east of Denver, CO. About 20 miles from the signals origin.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Dumping satellite is satisfying.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat indoor antenna!

Pros: Gets all of the local channels in clear digital

Cons: A little unstable, but who cares? Place it in a stable place, orient it accordingly and leave it alone!

Other Thoughts: I don't know if the amplifier helps in a place like NYC. Either way, you should buy this toy for over-the-air signals.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Lightweight
Small
Not hideous
Picks up a lot of channels

Cons: Requires constant moving around and re-configuring

Other Thoughts: Meh, works pretty well for what it is I guess. My room is on the wrong side of the house and maybe I should be happy it works at all. It does pick up a lot of channels, but to get them to come in I have to move it around and re-position the antenna. Once I have it receiving a specific channel, it loses the signal if I move around in my room, or if anyone walks by my door.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Antenna

Pros: Easy to assemble, reception is clear as can be.

Cons: Could maybe have a better base to balance itself.

Other Thoughts: I am using my Terk HDTVa antenna inside my living room with one wall between it and the towers it is facing. The picture I get on my windows media center is clear as day and in perfect high definition even though the towers are over 60 miles away! I would highly recommend this product to you if you need an antenna inside your house for receiving over the air HD TV stations.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Picks up FOX in my area, which still uses VHF, and only comes in at about 25% with any other antenna. A must for my cable-free apartment for Football Sunday

Cons: Rather large for an indoor antenna, but hey, good signal requires physical dimensions in the world of antennas

3 out of 5 eggsehh

Pros: looks futuristic

Cons: channel selection is very limited (may be due to me living near a mountain)

antenna can easily fall over

i only get 2 channels that come in clearly

Other Thoughts: you will probably get more channels if you live in an open area or closer to the broadcasting antennas ( i.e. closer to LA)

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It receives every channel the one I bought for $10 does.

Cons: It doesn't work any better than the antenna I picked up for $10.

Other Thoughts: I was hoping it would find the two channels the other one doesn't pick up. Don't waste your money. Buy a $10 Artec instead. Will be returning mine tomorrow. You really don't get what you pay for with this item.

5 out of 5 eggsI love it!!

Pros: This is a great item. Futuristic looks. The price is lower than all of the other retailers I researched. It comes with a singal booster. Other retailers wanted to charge an additional premium for those. The image it AMAZING!!! I was able to pick up 20+ channels in CRYSTAL CLEAR HD!!!

Cons: The base of the product is a little unstable, but once I settled the position, I left it alone and no worries.

Other Thoughts: Buy it NOW!!!!

1 out of 5 eggsTerk is a T_r_ !

Pros: None

Cons: Works about the same as when the TV has no antenna.

Other Thoughts: I have a BSEE degree, and the best I can say is Terk must have a high rate of defections in their manufacturing; even the "amplifier" causes signal loss. Of the 4 types of annetnna designs I tried the amplified loop does the best and the bow-ties works very well too but are to large for desktop.
