Overview

AVEXIR’s AVD3U26661104G-4CI is a Quad channel 512M x 64-bit 4GB(4096MB) x4 DDR3- 2666MHz CL 11 SDRAM(Synchronous DRAM) memory modules, based on sixteen 256M x 8–bit DDR3 FBGA components per module. Each module kit supports Intel XMP 1.3(Extreme Memory Profiles). Total kit capacity is 16GB.

Each module pair has been tested on various motherboards to run at rated speed at timing of 11-13-13-35 at 1.65V.

The SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR3-1600MHz timing of 11-11-11-28 at 1.5V.
