Cons: You can't cut hard things with it, like cheese or some meats (like bone-in stuff) Other Thoughts: I tried to use the broken blade of the knife, I figured it was already broken so why not...to cut some hard cheddar and it cracked with much less force than I expected. But for cutting veggies, chicken etc. they are amazing. 2 Months daily use with no problems. Also, don't put them on the oven at high temps, the stand melts a bit...my fault though.
