Pros: Notified Imagestore that the item didn't work properly out of the box (constant Error message).

They responded immediately and after confirming my concern, they issued a credit in full to my account.

They even followed up to let me know that they had issued the credit!

Imagestore's actions showed me that they appreciated me as a customer by imemediately resolving my issue satisfactorily!

Cons: None with seller, unfortunately the item was faulty.

Other Thoughts: When it comes to customer service, Imagestore doesn't just talk the talk, they walk the walk! They not only handled my concern quickly, but they also made sure I was satisfied with their resolution of the issue.

It's not that common anymore to find a company who stands behind their product 100% like Imagestore did with this transaction.

I was very impressed with Imagestore and, without a doubt, I would buy from them again and would highly recommend them!

Pros: None

Cons: Completely useless. Erratic and gave errors all the time. Cheaply made.

Other Thoughts: Returnee for refund which was granted without question and without needing to return. useless, so I trashed it.
Don't waste your money.

Pros: Product was DOA. ImageStore's customer service, like Newegg's, is excellent! Once ImageStore's customer service rep determined the item couldn't be made to function correctly (displayed 'ERROR' instead of the distance), they authorized a full refund without any hassle.

Cons: Would have prefered the item worked properly in the first place.

Other Thoughts: That ImageStore representative, Cherry, was refreshingly professional and courtious in her efforts to resolve my issue satisfactorily.

She turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Consequently, I will gladly recommend ImageStore and won't hesitate to buy from them in the future.

In today's day and age, we all know too well that many companies fall short if there's a problem after the sale...once they get your money their attitude makes an abrupt U-turn. It quickly becomes evident that, no matter what they say, they don't seem to value the customer or realize how important that relationship is to the company's long term success. ImageStore gets it...and should be commended for their customer friendly business philosophy and their efforts on behalf of the customer. ImageStore doesn't just talk the talk, they actually walk the walk! And that's very much appreciated!

Cons: Came packaged, but was made of cheap plastic and components. Did not work out of the box. Gave 'ERROR' every time I clicked the button.

Other Thoughts: Don't waste your money. However, the seller was great. Immediately respo9nded to my email and just as immediately honored my request for a refund. They did not even want the defective one returned.

Cons: doesn't function at all. screen turns on. Seems to give temperature sometime. No laser dot. no distanca measurement

Pros: More accurate than expected, laser is pretty useful.

Cons: Feels a little cheapy

Other Thoughts: The first one I got was damaged by UPS (a piece inside was broken and flapping around in the sensor), so I tried to RMA. Instead they didn't even make me ship it back. They just sent another one next day. That's how to get repeat customers!

Pros: Audible "click" when measuring (so you know it's working), easy to read display, laser pointer for aiming, automatically calculates square footage for you, and it must be tough because my wife the durability tester hasn't killed it in two months of use.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Not good for outdoor measurements or use on surfaces that scatter or absorb sound (like curtains). This isn't really a bad thing as buyers should already know that.
