Contacted them a month ago about the two that failed right out of the package and after providing them with the information they requested, they said they would ship them, then asked me to let them call me. Havent received the light bulbs and they've stopped responding to my emails. Other Thoughts: Wait until someone with quality control and a sense of honor comes out with decent LED bulbs. Pros: They put out a lot of light when they work

Cons: 25% failure rate and a company that refuses to honor it's warrantee.
