I use the beep most of the time. I did have a problem with one of the collars when I received them. It was replaced promptly. Would recommend this item to anyone who needs help training their dogs. Cons: Takes some time before you can use the system. Each collar and the remote must be charged for 6 hours prior to using them. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? I like that it is rechargeable, and it stays charged a long time. I haven't had to use anything beyond the vibrate mode for my dog, and she responded immediately to it. She is a Weimaraner with a mind of her own, and I've only had to buzz her a total of three times, and now she always comes when I call. Before she just ran wherever she liked, paying no attention to my calls. I don't even really need to use the collar now. Cons: Not heavy duty. The remote control is not the easiest to use. It turns off to save the charge, which can be a problem when you need to use it quickly. It just takes time to get used to. Other Thoughts: I feel this product is well worth the price, compared to other similar products. So far anyway... It just depends on your and your dog's needs.
