This brand new 3-channel mini remote control helicopter is the world's newest, most durable and stable helicopter. The item comes with the latest gyro system for precision control. The metal frame has proven to withstand dozens of crashes. The mini helicopter charges directly from the controller which uses "AA" batteries and has a full-function trim control for the perfect flight.

Pros: Works great. super stable, fun and controllable, fast enough forward flight for indoors with the tiny push up motor in the back. 3 channels. had it about 6 months now. I'm careful with not draining the battery too much each flight, so to get more charge cycles. that's why I got 2, so one can cool and charge, while I fly the other. Cons: None. Cons: None Other Thoughts: Cheap fun. Don't expect these to do miracles. If you are a ham-fisted operator, don't blame it on the machine. The blade speed control should spring back down... but it doesn't. I've played with these kind before, and many other RC devices. The throttle should spring back. I am assuming this one is broke. It was my first so I had to get used to the controls, but now I'm a pro at this thing. I can land it on my dog's nose if I want to. Newegg always has the best deals. Cons: I don't normally write reviews but I really don't want anyone else to waste their money and/or disappoint their child with this thing. I bought this for my son for Christmas and he took it out of the box, flew it around for about 5 minutes inside the house and a wire came loose. Fixed the wire, he flew it one more time about 3 feet in the air, landed it (not hard) and a piece broke off. It is not repairable. This is the biggest piece of junk! Cons: My own fault but didn't realize this was IR control instead of RF. IR controlled helicopters are terrible because unless you are just hovering directly In front of yourself, there will always be some angle that makes it loose reception and drop out of the air like a rock. They do exactly what they say they will do for not too many dollars. Cons: Not for children or childish adults. There is a learning curve that ham-fisted operators will not get over.
