Cons: When emailed and addressing the situation they responded: "We apologize for the mix up. I have forwarded your email to our warehouse manager. The correct item will be shipped. You do not have to return the wrong item that was shipped. You may keep the item as a thank you for your patience regarding this matter." After asking for the item number, I have not heard from them since. Even after I sent a follow up email. So now I have a wall charger I neither want, nor need, and no car charger... Pros: None - They did not send the correct item.
