It would not stay plugged into any of the ports of my many devices; it literally fell out. The cable prongs that are to provide tension within the port were not protruding from the micro USB cable end. Regular USB cable end was fine. I attempted to get a replacement but Newegg's policy was 30 days. I was out of the country and unable to start the replacement request in time. Seller has a horrible history for refund/replacement so I decided to chalk it all up as yet another learning experience. Other Thoughts: Poor Chinese quality control.
