Pros: Sturdy for the most part & easy to assemble. I liked the 1st one so much I bought a second. Currently supporting a HP W2007(...and an Acer AL1916W, see other thoughts)

Cons: 1) The plastic sleeve between the pole and the sleeve for the height adjustment seems too loose or soft, the monitor "droops", but setting the height a bit higher and rotating the monitor level compensates for it.
2) the fit between the tilt/pivot ball where the monitor attaches and the square key it mounts to is too loose so that the monitor will easily rotate a few degrees before any actual adjustment takes place. I separated them, broke the ends off a toothpick and re-assembled so that the toothpick ends wedge for a tighter fit, Solved.

Other Thoughts: Would like to see a double monitor version of this. I bought the second stand just for the extension and monitor section for a dual monitor. Installed one correctly below, and the second one up-side-down above it to make the monitor close to the same height. Worked perfectly in my instance as I have a 19" on one side and a 20" on the other.
In order to get the monitor closer I modified the stand so that the pole in now 180 degrees ( the groove is now toward the monitor) by drilling and tapping the screw that keeps it from twisting in the base. This allowed the arms to stick out behind the desk and the monitor to sit side-by-side in front of the pole.

Cons: The joints are loose. The different joint don't come with appropriate tools to loosen and tighten them. The instructions are bad pictures without direction.

Pros: solid, easy adjust, plenty of height and depth (my Samsung 204B) is 16" away from the back of the desk, and a solid 6" off the desk (to the bottom of the monitor). My old Samsung monitor stand had given up the ghost, would not tilt back and forth....was stuck in the forward position. This fit the bill, and for the price, easily worth it.

Cons: They didn't give me the 2nd allen wrench for tightening the ball mount at the monitor (i had to give it a few clicks) but other than that, its working great now.
